FMPG shared list of post completion capital costs with SG. An approximation of costs to be shared w/c 14th Oct. SG and FMPG to discuss the pre-payment element asap once received.
An additional meeting to be set up later this week with SCAD, finance and legal to discuss the post completion capital works, possible contract amendments with regards to the list, possible payment routes and the warranty period.

CalMac were given the approval of the timetables. Communications would be provided with the consolidated plan of handover. CalMac would await a further update at next week’s meeting for taking forward next steps.
