• A017 CalMac still doing risk assessment and legal advice needed after MCA decision – date changed from 16th November to 21st December (Action – CalMac)
• AO17.1 Mitigate advice and risk for exemptions and work through restrictions. Operational Procedures following in January (Action CalMac)
• A018 – plan in development with ship’s crew observation support from CalMac for observation (Action FMPG-CMAL-CalMac)
