FMPG had a full list of certificates and would review later in the week to identify any gaps.

Final list of spares located and agreed, action to be closed off.
CMAL confirmed they had a full list of capital spares and agreed to circulate to SG.
Procurement underway for dry powder to be included within the list of spares.

Certification for life saving apparatus – FMPG taking forward and addressing MCA comments. If certification was less than 12 months, rectification will be needed. FMPG to provide a list in order for CMAL to take forward.
Process for raising the warranty – CMAL undergoing training and development to access the portal later that week.
The full warranty process was not captured within the handover documents however training available when needed.
List of post completion capital costs to be shared with SG once available. The list was a live document and would continue to be updated. FMPG agreed to review and provide estimates to SG.

66 compartments remaining. 16 were currently underway and to be cleared before the next sea trials.
System status – 3 pipe systems plus 1 functionally to be signed off.
Accommodation mist – sprinklers installed in lift shafts. The extras to be tested and signed off by MCA.
HFAC – will not be signed off until sea trials.
15 electrical systems to be signed off. Transitional batteries arrived and to be installed.
8 mechanical systems to be signed off, 4 to be signed off when electrical systems were completed.
225 comments remaining: 30 system, 84 OR’s, 87 MCA survey with 24 of them to be closed off shortly.
FMPG agreed to present all the compartments and comments that required to be closed and share with CMAL.

Hot topics
Sea trials – issues which have been flagged as a result of trials being addressed by FMPG undergoing fixtures all week.
Any issues on 801 to be logged and reviewed for when 802 was at the same stage.
FMPG to ask MCA for exemptions on minor non-material issues before handover.
