Minute of meeting

Work is ongoing with all partners to finalise the necessary legal and contractual formalities required for the transfer of the vessel to CMAL.

Signatures are still required from SG and CMAL on the sales form. This is needed before the bill of sale can be signed. The builders certificate has been agreed and signed.

Minutes of variation are being finalised and signed within FMPG.

Once completed, FMPG will provide an update to the NZET committee.

Two partial declaration of class for Lloyds, the gypsy’s and level switch header tank.

List is agreed for the work that needs to be completed post-handover within agreed timescales set by Lloyds.

SG have finalised the voted loan agreement and shared a clean version with CMAL. 

CMAL’s Board meeting is scheduled for later today to agree the bill of sale and builders certificate. Once signed off, this will be passed to the UK ship registry.
