Minute of meeting

SG shared regular updates with Ministers on MV Glen Sannox entering in to service. Congratulations were provided to all who were involved.

Weather difficulties occurred on the first few sailings however the vessel coped well with the conditions.

Delivery of the two gypsy parts are still expected in early February. FMPG procurement receive updates daily on the delivery. FMPG are liaising directly with CalMac for when the parts can be installed.

New warranty items are being raised daily, it was flagged that these were minor. The register of warranty items is maintained regularly and daily meetings are scheduled with the crew for what they require. 

SG requested the latest list of post-delivery and warranty works with associated costs for due diligence.

SG will be taking forward a lessons learned internally in order to make decisions and draw on specific dates. A wider lessons learned exercise is currently being developed.

It was proposed that the weekly 801 delivery meeting be closed due to the vessel now being in service. A new series of meetings would be scheduled for 802 and hot topics on 801 can be brought to that meeting.

Members agreed for a final meeting next week to discuss 801 being in full service and progress on warranty items.
