Actions from previous meeting

A021
Work on certificate collation will remain ongoing until handover and is in collaboration with MCA etc. FMPG will provide a list to CalMac to cross-check expectation of needs.

Work remains ongoing with this but no concerns.

Business case received by SG from CMAL. SG seeking legal advice on the payment process as this will take place after the 801 contract is terminated. CMAL will share a list of items which will be required under warranty.

There are 317 total compartments to be signed off with systems also to be signed off. 173 signed off already.

The plan has been updated and will be issued.

Hot topics

Hot work - is now drawing to a close however exclusions will be required when fuel is onboard.

Painting – final painting is ongoing with minimum weather disruption.

Ship name plate – install location to be decided.   

Any other business 

Comms – A joint comms handling plan is underway.  Comms teams from all involved parties have been drafted into a working group. 

Next meeting – due to other work commitments the next meeting will be rescheduled to later in the day.
