Hot topics

Resourcing  
Agreed that at the final stages of build and handover the efficient management of resources is required across all parties concerned to ensure signoffs are completed within the required deadlines. This includes a consideration of the scheduling of required staffing levels, summer holidays and MCA availability.
Action - Separate meeting to be arranged between CMAL and FMPG to discuss project status and signoff timelines.

Crewing
CalMac can be utilised to complete operational readiness work, including the drafting of manuals and onboard processes.
Action – FMPG to make available a portacabin alongside vessel for CalMac crew to utilise.

Any other business

Action - The group to consider the continuation of this meeting in its current format, with Glen Sannox in its final stages of completion and handover.
