List of certificates for the vessel remains ongoing. CMAL received all certificates last week. FMPG and CMAL agreed to discuss the gaps.

Spares for 801 were catalogued. Dry powder and valves arrived. FMPG were to continue to add to the list of spares.

A028 agreed to be closed off as warranty engineer was costed out and included within the warranty process.
A029 – [REDACTED]. Before the warranty timeframe closed, understanding or assessment of costs were required to know what falls under warranty. FMPG assured all items that were under warranty would be priced with costs against them. FMPG and SG agreed to discuss accruals further on 12/09.

Compartments were reviewed last week and comments were dealt with before the LNG systems were onboard. 108 compartments remained which included agreed compartments after sea trials. A plan was needed to reduce and present the number of compartments and clear snagging arrangements. LNG systems and successful acceptance sea trials were the priority compartments.
A meeting was organised for 12/09 to discuss what progress would look like and determine timescales for the sea and harbour trials.
FMPG/CMAL were to share outputs of daily meetings with SG which included a timetable for critical points of slippage.

Hot topics
MCA survey and inspections – FMPG were reviewing comments and would feedback to CMAL.
CalMac also need to ascertain from MCA if some of the required work could be carried out at first drydock.
External messaging needed to be clear on commissioning and LNG system timescales.
Agreed for CALMAC to come back to CMAL on dates for training on [REDACTED].
TS continued to work on the overall handover briefing with finance numbers in terms of after delivery capital.
