Items and actions

Minute of meeting

64 minor warranty items have been raised. There were 87 list of conditions before the vessel was handed over, 30 of them have been closed off.

CMAL requested that FMPG collate all post-handover items together in order to be completed out of service. Gypsy’s are expected at the end of January, inspection required first to then agree a date with CalMac for completion.

SG asked about the warranty and post-handover works being costed. FMPG have created 2 sets of codes in 2 different systems, one for labour and the other materials. SG will require to monitor these costs going forward. FMPG are asked to provide an ongoing report of costs to date and how much funds are remaining.

When SG receive FMPG’s payment application, post-handover works will show on 801. SG suggest that FMPG ensure those costs are reconciled to FMPG’s system.

Initial timetable for MV Glen Sannox going live and in to service is currently under review and dates are being agreed.

Reclassification period is underway for CalMac to align with their fleet docking schedule.
