21 August 2024 update: Fairer Workplaces Fund cancelled

Following emergency budget controls, the Fairer Workplaces Fund 2024 to 2025 has been cancelled.

We and the wider public sector are currently facing an extremely challenging financial position, and this was a difficult decision. This is just one of a number of spending plans that we have been forced to withdraw and does not in any way reflect our commitment to Fair Work or desire to promote Fair Work in Scotland. Applicants have been notified.
