Fair work: agreement between Scottish Ministers and the recognised civil service unions
Sets out a number of principles on the conduct of employee and industrial relations that are consistent with the principles of the Fair Work Convention's framework.
This agreement automatically applies to bodies that are part of Scottish Government (SG) main and also applies to the Scottish Prison Service, Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service, Registers Scotland and the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service. Over time, bodies not currently covered by the agreement will be encouraged to sign up to adopt the terms of the agreement.
