Fair Start Scotland: evaluation report 4 - participant phone survey - year 3

This is part of the fourth Fair Start Scotland (FSS) evaluation report published by the Scottish Government. Fair Start Scotland (FSS) is the Scottish Government’s first fully devolved national employment support service and aims over three years to support up to 38,000 unemployed participants. The report was commissioned by SG and delivered by the independent contractor IFF. The report covers evaluation findings a telephone survey conducted with over 1,000 Fair Start Scotland Participants. In addition to participants from year 3 of delivery the report also highlights findings from follow up surveys conducted with a sample of year 1 and year 2 participants.

The report highlights the experience of participants as well as providing some evidence regarding the outcomes they have achieved.
