This framework agreement is for the provision of event management, exhibition management, audio visual and video production services.
What is in scope
The requirement is to provide services in the areas of event management, exhibition management, technical audio visual services and video production and post production services as required by framework public bodies.
The supply of video production and post-production services is not specific to event and exhibition management, therefore can be accessed by framework public bodies as required.
What is out of scope
The framework does not cover the purchase of audio visual equipment.
Who can use this
The framework is open to the following public sector bodies:
- central government
- local authorities
- police and fire
- universities and colleges
- third sector
- other public bodies
Note: It is the responsibility of any buying organisation wishing to use the framework agreement to satisfy itself that it is eligible to do so.
