36. Early Adopter Communities were created to provide an opportunity to test and refine what an effective school age childcare system looks like at the community level, with a focus on supporting families on low incomes.

38. THRIVE is a needs-based model for mental health support that focuses on early intervention, shared decision-making, and empowering families and communities. It predated the FWP, as a joint initiative with NHS Forth Valley, Council but subsequently FWP funding and leadership have strengthened its impact. By 2024, CWP assumed full planning responsibility for Thrive, linking participants to support, including Women’s Aid, Rape Crisis, and mental health services.
