A report on the findings from the evaluation of the Family Wellbeing Partnership (FWP) in Clackmannanshire.

Annex F: Survey questions to FWP stakeholders

Introductory text

Welcome to this survey, which is part of the evaluation of the Family Wellbeing Partnership (FWP) in Clackmannanshire.

The purpose of this survey, carried out by Horizons Research, is to understand the experiences of stakeholders who have involvement with any FWP workstreams (the Child Wellbeing Partnership, Community Around The School, STRIVE and Enhancing Employability). The survey is part of a broader study commissioned by the Scottish Government, which aims to evaluate the FWP and its role in improving the delivery of public services impacting outcomes for children, families, and communities across Clackmannanshire.

As such, we are eager to hear the perspectives of individuals and organisations involved in any aspect of the FWP. Your feedback will be hugely valuable in helping shape our research, and ultimately the findings we present in our report for the Scottish Government.

If you are interested in participating, we invite you to provide your insights and experiences in this area through this short survey, which should take approximately 12 to 14 minutes to complete. Any information you provide through the survey will be anonymised and responses will not be linked to individuals, so your name or any identifiable details will not be used in any reports or publications resulting from the study. We value all input and look forward to your contribution to the research.

All responses will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act, GDPR, and Horizons Research’s Data Protection Policy. If you have any questions about the survey, please feel free to contact us at info@horizonsresearch.org.
