Potential impact on number of children and young people attending the School [Source: Enrolment data supplied to Scottish Government regularly by the School via claim forms and correspondence]

The Scheme will continue to provide 100% remission of fees for families on the lowest incomes (household incomes up to £17,103 for boarding pupils; and £21,620 for day pupils), and the support provided by the Scheme will taper as relevant parental income increases. There should therefore be little impact on lower income families. There are potential negative impacts on children and young people from middle income families, but given the small numbers involved, this cannot be stated with any certainty.
