Describing how Equality Impact analysis has shaped the policy making process

The annual Jordanhill School funding review aims to increase the level of grant funding to the School, whilst ensuring funding is in line with local authority school funding. Scottish Government work with the School to identify budget projections for the upcoming year. These are considered within the challenging financial context and the need for the Scottish Government to balance its budget.

The EQIA process has informed the understanding of the impact of grant awards to the School on the pupil and staff body.

Monitoring and Review

The Scottish Government will monitor the effectiveness of the funding review throughout the 2025/26 year through maintaining ongoing dialogue with the School.
