Overview of key evidence gathered and analysed

As noted in the above table, we did not gather any relevant evidence re Equalities and as such, none was analysed. The entire concept of IWWC is that it is applicable to everyone regardless of any protected characteristics they hold, no part of IWWC impacts anyone negatively or to their detriment. It was for that reason that we were initially advised that an EQIA was not required.

Since it’s publication in July 2024, we have only received positive feedback from stakeholders/staff in the system. We have not received any note of staff being prejudiced by IWWC.
