Overview
Employee Services is a call-off contract under the Crown Commercial Services Framework for Employee Services Framework agreement RM6273.
Under this single supplier agreement, staff can access employee services on a 'one stop shop', fully-managed service basis. The service includes a secure online administration portal, accessed via a single login, customised and branded by department/organisation.
What is in scope
Staff can access four core services:
- childcare voucher scheme
- cycle to work scheme
- give as you earn scheme
- employee discount scheme
What is out of scope
The contract does not cover:
- reward and recognition voucher scheme
- eye testing scheme
- employee assistance programme
- counselling services
- occupational health
Who can use this
The services under this call-off agreement are available to staff within Scottish Government core directorates and Scottish Government main bargaining units.
