An Independent Clinical Review (ICR) is available to all former public and private patients of Mr Eljamel.
To become involved we require you or your representative to complete the registration form below and return it to: enquires@eljamelclinicalreview.scot.
Our preferred method of communication is via email, however we are aware that it is not easy for everyone to communicate in this way. We are setting up a PO Box so that you can write to us.
You can telephone the ICR on 0131 244 1796. We will do our best to assist you in registering for review.
