Eating disorder lived experience panel - grant award: form and guidance

Applications are invited from organisations to establish and manage a lived experience panel.

Aims

The aim of The Panel is to ensure that those with lived experience of eating disorders, and their families, friends and support network, can provide their views and experiences to shape the delivery of the National Review of Eating Disorder Services’ recommendations. We anticipate that The Panel should be active for 1 year, and then provide a report outlining the work of The Panel which should include learning and recommendations for future lived experience work.

The successful organisation, or collective of organisations, is required to ensure that Panel Members feel valued and that they feel that their contributions have been shared and considered by the National Review of Eating Disorder Services Implementation Group and Working Groups. In addition, Panel Members should feel supported to share their views in a safe environment.
