Equality and human rights mainstreaming action plan: easy read
Brings together 61 equality and human rights mainstreaming actions from across the Scottish Government in one accessible plan, supporting equality, diversity and inclusion in policy and practice.
Monitoring and Reporting
The Mainstreaming Action Plan will be updated and reported on every year. The Scottish Government will publish a new monitoring framework by summer 2026.
The monitoring framework will:
- Report on the progress we have made.
- Show who has done what.
- Help departments work together and share what they have learned.
This will help keep the Action Plan up to date and make sure we are making the progress we should.
This will let everyone know that the Scottish Government is keeping equality and human rights at the centre of its work.
