Introduction
The Scottish Government wants to make equality and human rights part of all that we do.
The Government will publish their mainstreaming framework which will include an Action Plan and toolkit. These will set out their plans for equality.
Mainstreaming means making equality and human rights part of how organisations think, plan and work.
It means removing barriers, changing how decisions are made, and building a culture where equality and human rights are always kept in mind.
