5. New Model Scottish Secure and Short Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreements
5.1 The 2019 Model tenancy agreements are being replaced by new 2026 Model tenancy agreements which reflect the new abusive behaviour ground.
5.2 Social landlords should use these new Model tenancy agreements[9] for all new tenancies on or after 1 August 2026 when section 22 of the 2021 Act comes into force.
