On how many occasions in (i) The calendar year 2022 (ii) the financial year 2022 2023 has the Scottish Government Cabinet discussed another independence referendum at meetings of the Cabinet?
On how many occasions did the Cabinet discuss the Supreme Court at meetings of the Cabinet?

Response

An independence referendum was discussed on six occasions: 8 March 2022, 31 March 2022, 14 June 2022, 28 June 2022, 16 August 2022 and 4 October 2022.
We have interpreted your request as relating to specific discussions of the Lord Advocate’s Reference made on 28 June 2022. This topic was discussed on two occasions, 28 June 2022 and 4 October 2022.
