Services not working together
People said that information about government services was difficult to understand.
The different services do not:
- speak to each other
- work well together
This means that people have to:
- speak to many different organisations
- repeat the same information to all of them
People wanted:
- services to work better together
- better advice and support from organisations that are independent
- Disabled People's Organisations to have a bigger role in helping people get support
- Disabled People's Organisations to help decide how services should work in the future
