Disabled people have many different problems.
These problems can affect each other and make everyday life harder.
The government needs to work together to make things better.
Disabled people should also be involved in deciding what needs to change.
The Forum is a first step towards this.
The Forum will be successful if it helps make real changes that make disabled people's lives better.
