Demographics Report iMatter Survey 2025

Independent report by Webropol providing detailed information and analysis of staff experience in health and social care across Scotland, broken down by protected characteristics (as stated in Equality Act 2010). This report compiles data from the 2025 iMatter survey.

15 Data on Long-term illnesses and conditions is compared only over 2023-2025 as there was a change in the questionnaire prior to that.

17 ‘Another religion’ is excluded from the main section of this analysis as the open responses to the question, suggest a wide range of religions are mentioned along with a large number of refusals. They are therefore not a homogeneous about which conclusions can be drawn or addressed.
