Scotland's Proof of Concept Fund: data protection impact assessment (DPIA)
The data protection impact assessment provides information on how data collected as part of the proof of concept fund will be handled in line with current data protection laws.
1. Introduction
The purpose of this document is to identify, assess, and report on any potential data protection risks and impacts that result from the Scottish Governments Proof of Concept fund (PoC). The project involves working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the PoC fund is run effectively in Scotland. This DPIA details the approach the future economy team will take to develop best practices when collecting, collating and processing data from applicants to the fund.
