Helpline
The national COVID-19 helpline - 0800 111 4000 - puts people in contact with their local authority. This is so that they can provide support for those who don’t have a network of support. This is in addition to the national support available for people who have been asked to shield.

Local authorities can help you to arrange for food and medicine deliveries if you need them. They can also signpost you to other local services.
