Information requested
Copies of any correspondence between the Scottish Government, and Ferguson Marine, regarding the flying of flags outside the shipyard. This should include, but not be exclusive to, the flying of a Union Jack, between September 8, 2022, and 5 October 2022.

The following extract regarding the flying of flags was provided to Ferguson Marine as part of a wider note provided to public bodies giving advice around the National Mourning Period:
Flags
Flags on Scottish Government Buildings have been half-masted today. As a mark of respect following the death of her Majesty. The Guidance in relation to flags has been issued by the Scottish Government Protocol and Honours Team.
Businesses or other organisations may wish to take similar action at their own discretion.
