Under Freedom of Information legislation I would be grateful to receive all correspondence relating to the updated Ministerial engagements, travel and gifts: November 2021 publication published on 6th March 2023.
Ministerial engagements, travel and gifts received are proactively published in line with the Scottish Ministerial Code. On occasion we require to update the published information, in this case to include a meeting which had originally been identified as an internal meeting.
Correspondence relating to the amendment is attached at Annex A. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under section(s) s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why that exemption(s) applies are explained below.
Reasons for not providing information
An exemption(s) under section(s) section 38(1)(b) (personal data relating to third party) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested.
