Copies of all e-mail correspondence (including attachments) sent to OR from John-Paul Marks during the period 1st January 2023 - 31st February 2023 that relate to Infected Blood Compensation.
Please note that, as there were 28 days in February 2023, we have taken the time period above to cover 1 January to 28 February 2023.

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested at Annex B to this letter.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections 29(1)(a) – (policy development), 30(b)(i) (free and frank advice) and 38(1)(b) – (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in the Annex A to this letter.
