Test and Protect guidance
We urge all premises with the means to use the free ‘Check-in Scotland’ digital product. Guidance and a user toolkit can be found at: Check-in Scotland
For those premises who are not able to use this facility then it is still a legal requirement that you record the contact details of those visiting your premises and the guidance and support resources here will help you do that.

The Data Protection Impact Assessment outlines the assessment undertaken of the impact of mandatory collection of contact details in hospitality premises to assist contact tracing, in compliance with the requirements of the GDPR.
