If you are unsure about whether you should be leaving your home or not, please look at this flowchart.

If you feel you need some extra help and cannot get it from friends and family, there is further information on how you can access support.


All of the guidance, with the exception of those dealing with heart disease, chronic kidney disease and IBD are applicable to all ages, including children.  If you need to,  please seek advice from your child's GP or hospital specialist.
