While the current public health emergency remains unprecedented. We recognise the impact on our health and social care services may be prolonged and additional support may needed again in the near future.

However they can only do so to your last registered postal or email addresses. If you have not been contacted and are able to offer your services working in the NHS on a temporary basis then please visit your professional regulator’s website to find out more.

We’re asking you to help us fight COVID-19. The virus will put a huge demand on both the NHS and social services, but you can make a real difference.
If you’ve left a professional register in recent years, are a registered healthcare practitioner but not currently working in NHSScotland, are already employed as a healthcare professional but your normal business has been suspended, or you are looking for opportunities in social services then please register on the national portal.
If you are a student in one of these professions your university will be in contact with you and further information can be found under your relevant profession.
