Supporting staff

How providers should support staff returning to work

Providers can support staff returning to work by ensuring they understand that they must meet the conditions set out by Public Health Scotland and discussing the role that they will being returning to which will differ from their substantial role if the staff member declines daily LFD testing.

Please refer to supporting documents for the policy framework (full guidance), the Director letter and checklist employer with employee template. Providers may wish to use these supporting documents with staff members.
