  • travel by social care staff through travelling to and from a priority post box
  • for screens or equipment to enable outdoor visiting or provide space for visiting purposes.
  • additional digital, IT and telephony costs.
  • additional staff training costs
  • additional logistics (e.g. transport of additional PPE from registered site to service locations)
