Analysis of responses to the consultation on proposals to update the School Premises (General Requirements and Standards) (Scotland) Regulations 1967. The report summarises stakeholder views and findings, which will help inform the development of updated regulations.
2. Overview of closed question results
The consultation included 23 closed questions which asked respondents whether they agreed or disagreed with retaining, updating or removing regulations. Tables 2 to 4 below present the overall results, among those answering, for each of the 23 closed questions.
A full breakdown of responses for each question is provided throughout the report, and in Appendix A. Another table, presenting the results ranked from the highest to the lowest level of agreement, is also provided at the start of Appendix A.
