Views sought on extending the seven day restriction to all people experiencing homelessness and introduction of a new standards framework.

Amendment of the Homeless Persons (Unsuitable Accommodation) (Scotland) Order 2014

2. — (1) The Homeless Persons (Unsuitable Accommodation) (Scotland) Order 2014(2) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 7(2) (temporary accommodation) for "14" substitute "7".
