Completion date for R100 Broadband Scheme Lot 1: FOI release

• Confirmation on when the completion date for the R100 Broadband Scheme Lot 1 (North lot) will be?
• Could you also confirm how much has been spent on Lot 1 (North lot) and how this compares with the other lots?

The answer to your question is:

The North Lot Contract for the R100 Broadband Scheme is expected to be complete by March 2028.

In regards to the second question I have made the assumption that you are asking how much has been spent with BT in Lot 1 (North Lot) and how this compares to the other two lots.

I can therefore confirm that, as of the 9th November 2022, we have paid the following amounts to BT across the three contracts

• North Lot - £17,046,491.30
• Central Lot - £4,364,313.76
• South Lot - £24,328,427.16
