Digital Assets (Scotland) Bill: child rights and wellbeing impact assessment

Child rights and wellbeing impact assessment (CRWIA) considering the Digital Assets (Scotland) Bill's potential implications.

Post Assessment Review and sign-off

11. Planning for the review of impact on children’s rights and wellbeing

Guidance: See page 23 in Internal CRWIA and SoC for more information.

  • How will the impact of the proposal on children’s rights and wellbeing be monitored?
  • When will you review and update the CRWIA if required?

The Bill team will continue to monitor the impact of the Bill’s provisions as it is scrutinised by the Scottish Parliament. Although this is not anticipated, if new information on a potential impact on children’s rights under the UNCRC requirements (as incorporated) were to come to light, this would be assessed for its potential impact on children and young people.
