9. Digital impact test

There is no significant digital impact. Landlords will continue to use existing processes for Energy Performance Certificates (which are recorded by the EPC assessor) and registering as a landlord on the Register of Landlords.

We do not anticipate that registering exemptions with the local authority will have a digital impact on landlords. We will continue to work with local authorities to develop a process for recording and monitoring exemptions.
