British Industrial Competitiveness Scheme (BICS): Renewables Obligation - child rights and wellbeing impact assessment
The CRWIA concludes that the proposed amendments to the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Order 2009 are a technical change to implement BICS with no impact on children's rights or well-being. As no child-specific effects were identified, the assessment was screened out with a finding of no impact.
