In Wave 70, the BICS asked businesses how employees' hourly wages in October 2022 compared with wages in September 2022.
In Wave 70, 15.3% reported that wages increased in October 2022, compared to September 2022. The share of businesses reporting that wages increased is lower in Wave 70 than in the previous wave that the question was asked - 15.3% in Wave 70 compared to 24.9% in Wave 68.
