Sending goods to Northern Ireland
In Wave 61, 11.4% of businesses reporting sending goods from GB to Northern Ireland in the last 12 months, 83.3% reported that they did not, and the rest (5.3%) were unsure. Of the applicable businesses that reported sending goods from GB to Northern Ireland, 63.6% reported that the volume of goods being sent in June 2022 has stayed the same compared with May 2022, and this figure has increased in recent waves (from 49.3% in Wave 56). Businesses reporting that the volume of goods being sent from GB to Northern Ireland has decreased since the previous month was lower in June than in April (15.0% in Wave 61 compared to 26.5% in Wave 56).
