Turnover

Businesses that were currently trading were asked how their turnover in May 2025 compared with the previous calendar month.

Figure 4: For an estimated 27.5% of businesses turnover had increased in May 2025 compared to April 2025. The Construction sector had the highest share experiencing a rise (39.3%). For 22.4% of businesses turnover had decreased.
