Mandatory controls over wild wrasse harvesting

5.28 From 00:00 on 1 May 2021, the vessel to which this licence relates may not fish for or harvest wild wrasse of any species within the Scottish zone (as defined by section 126(1) of the Scotland Act 1998, as amended) save for where a letter of derogation (“Letter of Derogation”) has been granted to the licence holder of the vessel by the Scottish Ministers and subject always to condition 5.29.

5.29 Where a Letter of Derogation is granted in terms of condition 5.28 above, the licence conditions set out in the annex to the Letter of Derogation shall apply. https://www.gov.scot/publications/licence-conditions-applying-to-the-derogation enabling-the-harvesting-of-wild-wrasse
