Any and all data held by the Scottish Government in relation to the attached requests sent on 22/09/2022 and also in relation to my original e-mail sent to NAME_REDACTED@gov.scot on 12/7/2022 with the subject header 'Re: Summary of the Scottish Government consultation on the Implementation of the Gender Representation on Public Boards (Scotland) Act 2018

Regarding your request for data held in relation to your e-mail of 22.09.22 and 01.09.22

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested. The reasons why we don't have the information are explained below:

Your correspondence of 22.09.22 and 01.09.22 has only now been identified because you resubmitted it on 03.12.22 to the CEU@gov.scot inbox. This is because the previous requests were sent to an unmonitored at mailboxcasehandling.service@gov.scot. No data is held regarding these e-mails.

Regarding your request for data held in relation your e-mail of 12.07.22

Please find attached the data we hold regarding this e-mail. Redactions have been applied under section s.38(1)(b) (personal information).

Regarding the content of your email of 01.08.22

The content of your correspondence of 01.08.2022 was noted at the point you sent your e-mail dated 03.12.22 to the CEU mailbox. As noted, this was previously sent by you to an unmonitored mailbox which currently issues the following response to alert the sender to the fact it is unmonitored:

"Please do not use this email address for new enquiries or requests. This mailbox is not monitored and should only be used when instructed to do so as part of an active enquiry.

If you have a new enquiry or request, including where it relates to a closed case, please visit https://www.gov.scot/about/contact-information/ for our contact details."

We would like to apologise if you did not receive this message in response to the e-mail sent to the unmonitored address.

Regarding the content of you email of 01.08.22, we would advise that the appropriate course of action in this instance would be to request a review of our response to case 310969 (as issued 01.08.22).
