This consultation analysis considered responses to the draft Agglomerations Noise Action Plan for Scotland. This report provides an overview of the findings from the formal public consultation held between November and December in 2025.

Summary of responses to the consultation and Scottish Government response
The consultation contains two parts, part one (questions 1 and 2) focused on views on the action plan, and part two (questions 3 and 4) on future environmental noise considerations.
We received eleven consultation responses from the following groups:
